Wish Bear Care bear Plush ID?

I picked up this plush Wish Bear from thrift for $1.

I'm trying to figure out exactly where it came from. The tag says 2004, so that's the year. It has sparkles/glitter in the fur, and the fabric has a carnival prize feel. It is 8" tall

Anyone have any ideas, or the value of it?

On the subject of Care Bears, is there any databases similar to the ones we have for ponies? I have wondered a lot of things since pulling mine out the loft

Either I am missing it or it’s gone. Do you remember/know the name? I can’t seem to find one

I don't remember unfortunately. I remember it had official artwork, domestic and international exclusive toys, and the history of care bears humble beginnings as greeting card characters.

@DracoKat I took a look on eBay, and it looks like your girl might be part of the early 2000s anniversary or re-release set. Although it may still be a prize toy?

So hard to tell since so many look so similar! Some of the fabrics reminds me of a prize toy and if so there may be no “official” info out there?
