To accommodate my little monthly challenge to myself, it's probably high time I made a thread to collect all my Birthday Jewel drawings in one place! Here are all the current drawings so far, with new ones to come in the following months :) I hope you enjoy looking at them, and like seeing how much my art changes from month to month!

Thank you! I wanted her to be have lots and lots of hair, haha- not quite like her toy, but I imagine she's a free spirit who likes to dance in the rain! :D

Thank you very much!! I sort of mean to replace her with my ponysona at some point, but I spent so much time on her, I feel like it's good to let her have the spotlight :p thank you for noticing!
 
Wooow these are beautiful! I think I've come across these on Tumblr? But not all together, and I haven't seen them all, so it's great to see them all in one place :) What a fun challenge, excited to see the upcoming months! :yellowheart:

thank you so much! and I do post regularly on tumblr, so you may have seen them there- I'm glad you like them, I'm happy to say May Belle is finished and will be posted here on the 10th! I'm particularly excited about August Breeze, but she's a ways off haha :lolpony: thanks for the lovely comment, I appreciate it!
 
Another month, another pony! Happy birthday month to everyone else born in May with May Belle! :ponylove: My birthday is the 15th, so I tried to make this pony extra perfect and glittery to celebrate, of course!

I recently became the proud owner of a May Belle, so it's safe to say I am absolutely smitten by this art! You've got an excellent style and sense of colour, it's a delight to see every time!

If you don't mind me asking here, is there a particular program or setup you work with?

So lucky to have her in your collection, I'm jealous! I'm so glad you like it, thank you for the kind words :] and I don't mind at all, I do all of my digital work in Photoshop (I think my version is still 2021? I hate updating it haha) either on an HP pen display laptop, or at my desk on a Wacom Cintiq Pro 16, both screens are pretty comparable to each other! Most of the brushes I use are either default Photoshop brushes, or included in Deiv Calviz's free brushpack from his Artstation. I'm always happy to talk shop if you have any other questions! :D

I am curious after some of your settings, so I'll send you a pm to keep this thread on topic! Your lineart looks super crisp, so I'm hoping I can make some adjustments to my own :]
