Okey dokey, have been deliberating over this for a few days...
First of all I feel like a mishmash of Tina and Linda Belcher. Like, maybe Tina was me as a young person (she even has ponies!) Linda is me as an adult. Socially awkward bespectacled potato becomes Wine mum (my kid is a stuffed rabbit called Franklin) who constantly makes up songs and names random objects and wildlife XD
In high school another anime fan told me I would be a Ghibli girl, I think she was trying to throw shade because she wasn't one for giving compliments, but I didn't hate the comparison. I still continue to be fairly earnest and child like, I constantly go back and forth hairstyle wise but usually end up back with the same fluffy bobbed haircut!
I always end up loving the mute character in TV shows, like Secret Bear and Harpo Marx. Usually they are very sweet and empathetic, rascally and playful. Thoughtful. I don't really like The Big Bang Theory, but Rajesh... it was the first TV depiction of selective mutism I had ever seen and I honestly felt like I was suddenly a real person. I no longer suffer with it like I did, but anxiety would honestly cause my voice box to constrict and not allow any kind of sound through. I felt like a massive freak. I took decades for me to realise it actually had a name, and I was okay.
I think dis is me
