“MLP Collector” bracelet with G3

I’m trying to remember where I got this bracelet from, probably more than 16 years ago. I donated a giant Frilly Frocks to some convention as a prize and received Frisco in return so I’m wondering if that’s where I got the bracelet as well but I don’t recall. Does anyone recognize it and have more info?

G3 is the generation I grew up with it's also my favorite out of all the generations I am a big G3 collector it's the most I have in my collection I even still have my childhood ponies and playsets

Ooh it’s really cute! I remember having G3 pony bracelet charms at one point. Totally doesn’t help in this situation, it just reminded me.
