Visited four thrift stores, and some other shops after work today; and had some great finds!

These ponies are filthy, and gonna take some work.

The G4.5 Movie Style Rainbow Dash was in a bag with nothing but fakies, for $7; but I have a no pony left behind policy.

The G1s are reproductions from 2007.

The DVD had a damaged case at the thrift store, so I bought it plus a whole other DVD with a nice looking case to do a case transplant. The DVD also contained merch pamphlets from 2014.

Out of all the fakies, the ones below striked me particularly; two large ones that look a lot like G3 ponies, and one that looks like Pinkie Pie. I don't collect fakies; so I will be re-donating, and any other fakies I obtained.

Found the book and tins at an Ollie's.

I found all the G5 accessories at a Walmart; however, they are branded by Claire's.

The G1 button pins were found at Hot Topic, they're official Hasbro merch; I honestly thought someone just made them.

Wow Im so glad to hear I’m. It the only one with a no pony left behind policy :rofl: Sometimes i try really hard to leave the G4 applejack that would be my fifth duplicate, but I just can’t!

also, that little pink fakie is really cute
 
When my spouse takes me thrift shopping, they like to ask if I "already have that one" before buying it. I always lie and say no; Lord knows I already have like three of those Izzy's. I didn't want to tell my spouse that the $7 bag was entirely fakies but one; so I waited till after we purchased it and got to the car, then I confessed.

Sometimes there's genuine differences that I haven't realized myself, till I get home. Other times, it's just a way to bypass the system. Sometimes I forget if I have a pony too, so that opens up a whole new can of worms.

I've learned to take pictures of pony merch, so I can verify I don't have it; but I don't care to do that with physical ponies, because you can never have too many! :flutter2:
