Now see, this is probably the ONLY pony we'd like to see Hasbro remake EXACTLY THE SAME as the year before's *glares at the Valentine ponys* So onto prettyful pictures!
G3 Winter-Mint with her 3-9 counterpart
My first 3-9 Minty with my latest (yes the light green and lighter hair looks much better ^^; )
Now see how good this looks? (ignore the SB packaging my printer ink is dead and I cannot do a new insert ^^; ) Why couldn't they have done this? She WAS in Twinkle Wsh!
Oh and I finally opened my Winter SB :lol: The snowflake barrets and the scarf just go so well for Minty!
So where do I start explaining this girl...used a 3-9 PP and 3-9 Cheerilee (light pink) and Scootaloo (dark pink) mane clippings and tails to redo her hair. Fully repainted and sealed. I realized AFTER I drybrushed the gradient that it was too dark but I was hoping the glossy pink was darker-wrongo! So the pink snowmen are lighter than the gradient ^^;; But it still looks awesome! I'm s proud of the snowmen and snow flakes-all pin tainted. AND I painted all of those upsidedown on her too.
She's in the mirrored pose of G3 Winter-Mint cause I wanted to display them together (same reasno why she's mirrored my 3-9 Minty). The snowflake on her eye does have glitter-I left off her cheek freckles because of the snow flake but kept the nose ones so she's still be cutesy X3
And um...yeah that's it. I was looking at my Holiday display and said "you know, I want a 3-9 Winter-Mint cause the Winter SB sucks" and so I did it. Why Hasbro couldn't or wouldn't we may never know.
But I'm still making the look bad by doing what they won't and taking apart everything they make so heehee I'm a happy puppy X33
She took 2 days-1 for painting, 1 for rerooting. That's about it I guess. Enjoy!
