Can we still sign up to come? Haven't been to a pony meet in years and would love to bring my daughter too. She's 7. Tyler is much closer than Chicago from Dallas.

Sure! Sign up deadline is April 25. So far, we have a total of 17, including me and you & your daughter.. Three of those are tentative.. I've firmed up the schedule and am finalizing the location soon. :)

TX Pony Meet sign up is closed!
For those preparing food/treats, I'll say make enough for 20 people.

I will be sending out a PM to everyone with hotel info this week.

The venue has changed to my place! The hotel conference rooms just didn't work out, plus I need to be saving funds up anyway. :D
Everyone on the list should have received a PM from me with details.

I'm telling folks who are bringing treats/food to bring enough for 20 people overall.. That includes the tentative ponies and also leaves room for an extra person if they really want to make it!

AW MAN!!!! I don't think I've been to a pony meet since I hosted one myself - 8? 9 years ago? - and I would LOVE to go to another one but I 1) just booked a trip last night to see my sister, right on top of this event, and 2) just randomly logged on today and saw the info for the first time! WAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!

I hope y'all post pics, and that there's one in 2017 that I can go to!!!

Wow, aww, I wish you could make it, elphaba! We'll see about next year, it just depends on how this one turns out :p :D

Sounds like fun! Ya'll have a great time :) My bf and I almost moved to Texas for work... pony meetups like this would have made it a super incentive to move so far away from friends and family. Excited for everyone, it really does sound like a blast!

Thank you, cutekitten! It's a week away, and it just seemed like it was yesterday when I announced this thing!! :D
I shopped last weekend -- got two small tables, a larger table for sell/trade items, some awesome beady-necklace ID lanyards (from Goodwill out of all places - they are too cool!), some peppermints for the 'How many in the jar?' contest, smaller supplies, i.e. hanging price tags and price stickers, gift bags and tissue paper for the big prizes.. eeeek!, can't wait to see everyone. :)
 
As of yesterday evening, there are now 13 of us (11 adults and 2 children) so for those bringing anything, please keep this in mind. I have also changed up the menu to lighter lunch refreshments since we are eating a big dinner later that evening and to keep costs down. :)
