anyone like the shows as well as the toys?

My most favorite is "Escape from Midnight Castle" & "Escape from Catrina"(the artwork is epic in these)......All though I loved all the My little Pony shows for the G1s.....I have them all on DVD......My Little Pony Tales, My little pony, The movies, I still even have the original movie on VHS, and the others too.......Then after the G1s I do so Love the G4 FIM they have made is very funny and I love it=)

So awesome to see so many more fans of the old Show! And yes, all the MLP tales eps are on youtube, along with all the G1 Dream Valley series. :)

I liked the original as a kid, HOWEVER. Now re watching it I don't like it as much as an adult. I have to watch Tales again. I loved Tales more as a kid than most. FiM is what really got me buzzying on ponies again too. Along with collecting some G4s I've also started collecting G3s and G1s =) My husband's afraid of the ever expanding collection

Teach him that ponies can only hurt you from a distance. Make him fall in love with them. :hearts::pegasus:

I didn't get the opportunity to watch the original MLP until the Disney Channel started airing re-runs in the early 90's. I was born in '87, right at the tail end of G1, so I missed the first run of the series.

There's really not a series that I don't like, though the only G3 show I've seen is 'The Runaway Rainbow'. I follow FiM on Youtube, since my satellite package doesn't include the Hub.

...my satellite package doesn't include the Hub.

If it's DirecTV, we had the cheapest package too until I made a deal with my "mom" that I'd pay the extra $5/mo the second package cost, which does include the Hub. After the first few months, she realised how much she liked the other channels that came with it that she could watch Law and Order and Criminal Minds and stuff on and told me I don't have to pay any more.

I may try that after graduation.
