Umm and then she'd probably be stained an interesting shade, so you could use her as a custom, and you don't even need to PAINT her coz the job's already DONE!! If it comes off... (bites lip) yeah...

looks like nail polish to me, I used to have some that looked like that. acetone will probably be your best option. Don't throw her away, I'd love the challenge of stripping her down to being able to customize or restore. :D
