So, today, I wanted to make a really ugly figure I found at a thrift store and make it look like one of my characters. I used Sculpey III to build onto the figure, but now, I don't know know how to harden the clay.
Since there are quite a few creative people on here, I was wondering if anyone had any tips? I heard of the blow dryer method, but heard that it does not bake it all the way through, so will leave it weak. I also heard of a boiling method, but heard if there are tiny pieces, the bubbles from boiling will break them off.
I just don't know what to do @_@ I have been working on this alllll day. Do you think if I put the figure in the over under 120 degrees, that the figure would be fine and not melt?
