The clip looks like one of those that.. Sundae Best Ponies have? Or some others, but I think Sweetie Babies' clips are much bigger. I don't know about the charms though!

I think that's either a mummy charm, or the Charmkins my little pony charm which is equally as rare ! I'm pretty sure the charmkins charm is white like that.
