Blind Bag Ponies have LANDED in the US! *Updated!*

Oh, I really hope these show up in Canadian shops for once! :(
 
I found them at our Toys'r'us in Iowa today. Walmart also has them here. Both places they were with the other pony toys on the shelf in the box.

It's good to know other stores besides Walmart are getting these. :) I checked two Walmart stores today and didn't find any blind bags, but I'm hoping they will restock.

I found one left at a Walmart yesterday. Glad to hear TRU has some. The other Walmart near me didn't have a shelf tag for them.
 
I'm saddened when I go to Walmart and see no spot for the kiosk box on the shelf, and it looks like they're done moving stuff around. It's looking like only certain Walmarts decided to stock these toys? Which is crazy to me since they seem to be selling so well!

I'm excited to hear about TRU carrying them! I'll have to check mine, but my TRU didn't even have a single pony last time I was there, and has poor selection for like a month. :( They don't care about MLP, I'm guessing because Target is right next door and they're the ones who got the exclusive Canterlot deal with Hasbro, perhaps.
 
I'll have to check TRU next as I just found my first box of Blind bags today! By chance I had caught them just after they had been put out. Got me some glittery ponies!!! Northern Cali, Sacramento.
 
I might check here at NE Wisconsin Walmarts, like Sturgeon Bay/Green Bay.
Anyone want to share a picture of the shoddy glitter ponies?
So we can get a feel for whether to get them or not?
Coating them over the glitter seems a good idea if they really are as bad as some people have been saying :/
 
You know I've gotten three sets of the glitters so far and the glitter fall out is not as bad as some describe. When I pick them up I get maybe one piece of glitter on my hand. Maybe its a bad batch?

Hi, fellow Wisconsinite! DustOnMySaddle (Green Bay) and I (an hour north of Green Bay) haven't had any luck at the Walmarts. I haven't tried Toys R Us, though.
 
Give Tru a shot. I just got a whole box from them. They're 1.99 at TRU

Finally got them. The blind bags are present in South Maryland just north of DC.

Yay, I found them in Sturgeon Bay! The box is mostly untouched-looking, I didn't have time to look carefully though. I'll go back there in a few hours to look for the Mane Six.

The glitter is just glued on, but it's not too bad. I plan not to handle it very much. It's pretty though!

I drove all the way to TRU today and they had no blind bag ponies, not even the box set. Le sigh.
I am so disappointed in Canadian retailers.
 
I haven't been able to find blind bags at Toys R Us, Walmart, or Zellers in Ontario, either. The blister-packaged singles still seem to be lurking around (usually just Pinkie and Twilight, though), and Toys R Us carries the puzzle houses (including the one with Fluttershy). I did find Lalaloopsy blind bags, and picked up three for my daughter who loves those ugly things... and ended up getting a double already. I wonder if the bags have a number or something on them, like the Pony blind bags? Although, I would just rather these blind bag ponies come to Canada, but I am pretty sure they won't. The gift set never came here, still haven't found styling Rainbow Dash, and have yet to see that pink Glimmer Wings pony (I forget her name). *sigh*. Canadian retailers are not good at all.
 
My Walmart had them. I bought the last two in the display. There's no box there now, but the price tag is still on the shelf so I'm crossing my hooves that they'll have more. I also bought the last one at my local TRU on Saturday. Walmart price was $1.97 and TRU price was $1.99. So far I have found Cherry Spices (a double so she now belongs to my daughter), Sweetcream Scoops, and Sweetie Swirl. Hoping Walmart restocks since TRU is half an hour away and we don't go very often.

Absolutely nothing at my TRU - actually the pony section is an utter disgrace. Very disappointing.

I guess I'll have to head to my Walmart almost 20 miles away to look for these. URGH!
 
No luck for me yet! I've been to 5 different wal-marts
(3 in NJ, 1 in Virginia, and 1 in NY) and one TRU, and nada!!! Grrr! :p
