The third wave are available in Asda. Someone said they were in The Entertainer too, but I haven't been there to check for myself. The other waves aren't available here yet.

I've only ever seen them at ASDA. You might want to try a big ASDA with a decent toy aisle, though. The smaller ones around here haven't got the blind bags.
