Blind bags at walmart, please read

ok. so I know everyone is talking about them. but I am just a LITTLE excited. so I work at walmart and for the past 3 days being all pny crazy to the workers and telling them that if they come out PLEASE hold them for me. so... before I left today they put the box out!! OMG! ugh... but its ok. I bought the WHOLE thing!!! and boy am I glad I did!!

JUST A FYI

there is 24 in a box. $1.96 each (much cheaper than TRU)

I GOT A COMPLETE SET!!!

Yup... thats right. I guess if you buy a whole box, it MUST be a complete set of the ponies (dont qoute me on this) I am just super excited. now I dont have to buy anymore. well I do have 8 doubles because I bought them days before.

so.... if you see a brand new box and have the money.. buy it... DO.... it... LOL

if you do let me know if you get a complete set as well I am totally curious
 
I believe each box has a complete set (that's how wave 1 at the fair last year was). Did you manage to get get wave 4? (the blue bags)
I'm stalking my 3 walmarts like crazy but they're taking FOREVER to restock. I got my hopes up when they started redoing the mods but it's been a week with NOTHING. *growls* At least one of them got the posters in ^_^
 
An unsealed box is always a complete set of one of each.

Also, it sounds a little unfair to expect the other employees to keep an item from going on the shelf just for you to buy a whole case of product.

They werent going to hold it for me. They were just suppose to let me know
 
Kids always rip open bags and steal the toys and bronies draw obscene things on the ponies left open. I would pay you extra to get me a brand new box!
 
tonight I grabbed the last 6 I saw - got a metallic AJ, mosely orange, crismon gala and I forget the others. I didn't think these ones were avalible in the US yet

There were a few open bags as well but no sign of the ponies
 
well I know we have the wave 3 and 4 boxes here in california at TRU and Walmart... I've had mine for quite a while (I can't wait and ordered them through a friend) but if people are looking for them they are being found.
 
Yep. Northern Cali walmarts carry wave 4, while the trus seem to still have wave 3.
 
I found a box in my Walmart (in Louisiana) today! It is obvious another box had been out, there were 32 in the box. I tried to check the numbers to avoid duplicates, but I had icecream in my cart! I ended up buying 29. I got 7 duplicates, and I am only missing two! The walmarts here never seem to get them consistently! I am still desperately searching for the 9 I am missing from the purple blind packs!
 
they just finally got the blue bags here in new mexico i was so excited i bought 5 :bliss:
 
Grrrrrr! :goingcrazy5B15D: I live in Washington State and none of the Walmart's or Kmart's in my area have any! When I ask the associates if they've had them, do they have them, when will they get more, etc. they all look at me like I'm nuts and have no idea what I'm talking about. I'm so disappointed :(
 
I have FINALLY found a few BBs of US wave 2 and 3. One wave at Target, the other at Wal-Mart. I really had to go clear in the heck out there because they are never at my local stores. And I stupidly didn't even bring my list with me when I saw the wave 2 so I didn't buy any. (Didn't want to get duplicates of mane 6 ponies that I already had) But got me some pretty sparkly wave 3s cuz I had my list that time.

Just gotta keep looking I guess. I wish everyone the best of pony luck in their search.
 
Augh! The Walmart near me doesn't have any BBs! I did manage to find 2 remaining wave 1 blind bags in NY at a CVS but they were Rarity and Sweetcream Scoops. (I checked the index number on the bag because I was looking for Twiight Sparkle and Glitter Rainbow Dash from Wave 1) What was even more infuriating was that the CVS and the Five Belw in my town had a TON a Blind bags a few weeks ago, but now there are none left. :( What was even worse is that the CVS had the box for Wave 1 blindbags, but when I reached in there was no blindbags but Silly Putty! I love Silly Putty but REALLY!?!?!!? :gonnagetit: I need to find more blindbags...
 
I went to Walmart yesterday and bought an entire box as well... I got the entire set of sparkly ponies... And the three metallic. I sat in my car opening them all, giggling like a little kid.

Yeeeaaah... They're super addicting.

From what I noticed Wave 3 was here adn gone! Like it spent no time going from wave 1 to wave 4. I almost didn't get all of my wave 3. Wave 2 was never released here in the US sadly. D:
 
:yippie: I finally found some Wave 4 BB's at Wallyworld! Super excited! As I've been having a hard time finding any BB's at all, I decided to try the Super Wally that was a little ways from my area because I figured Super Wally = more stuff?? I bought everything they had left (11 bags) and only ended up with one set of duplicates. However, it looks like they have been reusing the same box that the BB's come in as the display box on the shelf... therefore, I think they are just dumping the new BB's in that same box as they get them. I know there's been talk that if you just buy an entire box of 24 you shouldn't end up with duplicates. But if some of the Wally's are just dumping the new shipment of BB's in with the older ones you may not get a perfect set. Just buyer beware! :scratch:
 
Our area just got in wave 4. they had an entire case sitting there, but can't afford that many so bought 3. They're probably gone or almost gone by now, anything MLP goes fast in my area.
