These ladies are really dirty, since they just got home from a flea market, but I really am anxious to identify them!

I mean, I think Bluebelle might be more similar to the Collector Pony (see Year 1 (1982-1983)) than the first edition, since her body is quite greenish and her symbols are dark. But I've no idea about Cotton Candy. Any chance they might be international and even Greek? They are quite squishy and their head turns, but there's no bleeding to their symbols. And the markings under their hooves have been rubbed off, so you can't tell...

Please help

i can tell you that it is blue belle and cotton candy. they do look like they could be greek from the way their eyes look, but it could be wrong. not always easy to tell. is there anything stamped on their hooves? that will let you know where they are from.

The stamps have been completely rubbed off...

Bluebelle definitely looks Greek, and as you're in Greece, it would be quite likely (per se) to find them on a flea market there. There are two Greek Bluebelles - one with light hair and one with dark.

Cotton Candy looks, odd, but not completely Greek, though that could be the light. Are you able to get pics of their feet? That might help be sure.

Are they both quite squishy?

I also agree that going by their eyes they look greek. Great question too asking if the bodies are squishy

Sorry got to say it, do they have big butt holes? Lol my greek minty still makes me laugh with her big butt hole xD

Yup, the bodies are squishy and the heads are moveable!
Shouldn't the symbols be bleeding though?

It's a common problem, but not a prerequisite :) Some colours are more prone to it than others, but even then they can occassionally be found with non bleeding (like Peachy and Bow Tie)

The Cotton Candy still seems darker than normal though, which is curious

Hahahahaha :icon_smile_lachuh: This has got to be added as one of the greeks' main features then!! The holes are pretty big in those two as well!! :laughsnow:

Well, she seems dark in the first picture but she's much lighter in the second one (the one of her symbols). The second pic is closer to how she looks.

Will give those 2 babies a nice bubble bath and will post new clean pics!

Also, I'm not into nirvanas (at least not these ones), so they're up for grabs! I'll be putting them up for sale as soon as they look presentable :) Any idea on prices? I already have greek bluebelle (wit light blue hair) and butterscotch for sale, but are their prices similar?

I'm pretty sure both are Greek based on their eyeliner & the placement of their manes (specifically the thick forelocks). For prices, I'd say $90-130 for Cotton Candy as she's one of the more common Greek collectors pose ponies. For the lavender haired Bluebelle I'd say $125-175.

Best of luck with your sales! :)

Thanx a lot :rose3:

It's always interesting to see what ponies collectors around the world come up with.

Squishy plastic, dark thick lashes, I'm going to guess Greek.

Do they smell sweet?

Aww, how could they still smell sweet when they were soo dirty? :)

I am going to agree with everyone and my guess is that they are greek. What a lucky find! :)

*shoves Bluebelle into her pocket, leaves a candy bar in her place and sneaks away*

Hahaha, that was funny!!! :icon_smile_lachuh:
You can shove her into your pocket if you leave a packet of cash instead :D :D :D

wow. what a find. Wish I could be that lucky to find something like that. wish I had the money also... how much did you end up getting them for?

Well, I'm in Greece so the chances of me finding a nirvana are greater than anyone else's :)

And as for the price, I got them at a flea market ;)
