I found this picture on a google image search, and it appears to be an actual white celestia for the main toyline!! It looks real, but i was wondering what everyone eles thinks? Is this lady going to actually be released, or is she just one of those chinese prototype/variants?

Judging by the symbol in her eye, it seems like he's part of the new Crystal Empire line that ones with Season 3. Since we know that's coming out, I say legit. I love the blue tinsel, and it look like her wings light up too. Cool find, Ringlet!

That would be great as that set was certainly on my buy list. Here's hoping, otherwise I foresee another purchase in the future. That's a great looking toy.

I absolutely agree. Why in Equestria did they release Celestia as PINK in the first place??
This it's what HRH should have looked like all along! Stunning!
 
I saw white Celestia at TRU yesterday. I believe she is the kind with the button you press and she talks. But she was white and very pretty.

I think it was to appeal more to what Hasbro's been figuring little girls like. And Celestia is technically a pink pony, albeit not /that/ pink.
 
Oh neat! I want, except where is her tail?! There's barely any there!
 
Why is patience a virtue? Can't "hurry the #%*& up!" be a virtue too? ;) Hope you get it tomorrow. The early pics of that set had a pink Celestia, but it would rock if Hasbro used the opportunity to get a white one into circulation at this scale (and save us another purchase).
 
I need both Pink and White Celestias now. :frown: I think the Pink version will be a collectors type variant since I hope all future Celestias are color corrected to White from now on.
 
I've also seen a Luna in this style on eBay. Maybe they'll be a set?
 
Good news, or Bad news.


I got the Crystal princess ponies in today, Celestia is the same light pink, but with sparkle wings.
She has yellow painted hooves now, but no snap on breast plate like in the Twilight pack with Spike.
She still has a crown though. I don't know about you, but I'm switching breast plate over to the new one.


Candance is the right size but too dark. She should've been the lighter pink thay they used on Celestia.

Luna is the right size now, but purple instead of the dark blue on the package like she should be.
 
Thanks for the break down there An-Gel and congrats on your new set. It was probably too much to hope for the white Celestia to make her debut in this set at this scale when Hasbro knows they can get us twice by packing her in another set next quarter. Oh well. Still a cool set with Cadance and Luna, even if their colours are off as well. Compromise is kinda what I have come to equate with the brushable range.

So, the question remains, where and when will white Celestia land and who will she be packed with? I have to think she'll hit stores this side of Christmas if we've seen leaked images now. Fingers crossed acquiring her won't involve having to purchase a set full of repacks we already own.
