Childhood Ponies

My childhood ponies which I remember were:

Great Hair Pony Ringlets
Pony Bride
Princess Sparkle
Baby Splish & Baby Splosh (which I foolishly sold a few years ago)
Baby Cotton Candy

I also used to play with my sisters ponies which were
NSS Wind Whistler, Baby Moondancer (which I destroyed :'( ) and I think she had all the tropical ponies.

I was just lucky in the timing, and where I live. There were shops in this area that still had G1 ponies for sale in the late 90's. How I wish I'd bought the entire stock of hospital beds and cribs that ToysRus had in their remainders.
I'm also pretty sure I saw the Nestie babies for sale over here in a shop that used to import remainders from all over Europe. :cry:
 
I had Windy, lily (but I lost one wing), water lily the sea pony, and firefly. We had a 6 or7 barn carrying case, and the waterfall play set (that thing was a mess, but so much fun).We used to laugh about duck soup....such a funny name for a kid My sister had sun shower, and maybe minty...
the other say, I found a letter I wrote to my grandparents telling them about the my little pony I got for cleaning my room. I thought about posting it, but wondered how many of you wanted to try to decipher my 7 year old writing. Good memories, though.

I had to replace SS Truly because she was covered in cancer and not even deflocking would save her, and I replaced Banana Surprise because her hair was falling out, this was before I knew how to rehair. I also used to have two or three Sea Ponies but they are gone. All my playsets are gone, too but I still find some of their accessories in my parents' attic, on occasion.
 
I can't remember all of them, but at one time I did have over 70 MLPs I missed out on most of the Year 1 ponies. The ones I remember, and the ones I have photos with are:

Once a friend came to visit from the UK and she brought me one of the babies with the wash-off diaper. Mine had an elephant. I was upset it wasn't the one with a giraffe

I also remember this really awsome popup tent that attached to my bed, it was covered in MLPs. I had an applejack boardgame, 2 3D puzzles, MLP the movie, MLP sheets
 
I never had a pony as a kid that I can remember, except MAYBE an Applejack. And even then, I don't remember :(
 
I had three ponies and I keept them for years up until the house fire about two years ago
they were Moonstone, Forget me not and I thimk Skyflyer she was apink unicorn with purple kites

I wish I had some pictures of me playing with my ponies when I was little. There might be some, but I've been through all the photo albums and loose photos over the summer when I was at my parents' a lot, and I never came across any.
 
I remember I had a lot of g3s, but my favorite was always Minty. I also had a Tara Toys fakie that I loved. She was pink, and had a rainbow mane. We were bathtub buddies! =w=
 
i had some fakies (even hoppy fakie) and then- a brandnew baby paws in box!! oh how i loved him... when my parents moved the last time he seemed to get lost :(
got most of his accessoires via fleamarkets back
 
I don't remember a lot of the ponies I had! I know I had Baby Soft Steps and I think I had Teeny Tiny Tabby but a family friend's daughter stole most of my ponies so I didn't have them as long as I had my Barbies (I remember ALL the Barbies I had and still have quite a few.) My mum thinks I had a blue one...which narrows it down ;)

I know I had some fakies, too - I think one was an orange pegasus. And I had some petite ponies, too - must have had the Sun Sparkler (Sparkles?) set because I still have the orange one.
