Considering a Persona Redesign

I've had my persona since I joined the community five or six years ago, and I know a lot of people identify/remember a member by his/her persona... but I've been considering a revamp for about a year now.

Considering the fact that I'm acrophobic, I wonder why I ever chose a pegasus in the first place. And I haven't been crazy about the color scheme for awhile either. I'm really attached to my persona, though, so I'll probably keep her around as a secondary one.

Anyway... I'm lacking creativity and am hoping you guys can help me put together a new one based on some of my likes. It doesn't need to include everything listed.

Five-point stars
Music (I sing and play the clarinet.)
Rainbows
Purple
Silver
The TaFs are my favorite set of ponies.
The unicorns are my favorite species of pony.

Thanks for any input. :)
 
Heres my idea:

Breed: Unicorn
Symbol: TAF mixture of music notes and five point stars
Eyes: Silver
Hair: Rainbow
Body Color: Purple with Silver gradients going up her leg
 
I like WildWragler's ideas, but since you said you haven't been attached to the color scheme, I think I would just mix up the colors...
Maybe like this:

Breed: Unicorn
Symbol: TAF mixture of music notes and five point stars (colored in a rainbow gradient or different colors of the rainbow)
Eyes: Purple
Hair: Rainbow
Body Color: Silver with purple gradients going up her leg

I love this, but I would totally feel like I were ripping off someone else's persona if I had something similar.

I love that design! Maybe a more simplified version of that. :)

I totally fail at digital art, but at least I can start playing with these ideas on paper. Thank you so much, guys! I'm also still open to suggestions.
 
Ok, I thought I'd try for something completely different from what you've got now, so I didn't use the rainbow or music notes... XD

Breed: Uni
Body: Silver
Eye: Dark purple
Mane & Tail: 3 different shades of purple
Symbol: TAF stars of varying sizes in gradient from light pinky purple at front to deep purple at back

That's not someone else's persona... I made it up with this program: Pony Maker ~ Doll Divine
because I don't really have a good image editing program

I only said with a symbol tweak because there was no way I could add in the stars myself.

so, in conclusion, you wouldn't be ripping anyone off as that's not anyone's persona!

Oh, *lol*. Well then, I think that may be pretty much it. I'll have to do some tweaking to the design to really make it me. Will scan the results (like I already said, I'm teh suck at digital art) later. Thank you all for your help. I really appreciate it.
 
yay!!! I'm glad you like it! Sorry if I was a little nutty trying to explain myself... lol.
It was really WildWrangler's specifications, with different colors.
