I got Butterscotch in the mail the other day. She is the flat foot version. I noticed today that she is shorter then all my other CP ponies. Are all the flat foot CPs like this? I compared her size to Snuzzle.

Yep, that mold was re-sculpted a couple times (FF, CF, SwirlyWhirly, FF 25th anniversary set).
The FF's are shorter and among the normal taller girls (excluding sunday best swirly whirly), there was different molds used depending on the date of manufacturer (they are all marked 82' regardless) the differences between those pretty subtle though.

I love them for the same reason, simply adorable all cute and short. Word of caution though, they tip really easily, especially if her washer (they were quite thick to act as a counterbalance) has come loose inside or is missing... so don't place her at the edge of a high shelf- as they love face-planting or falling. lol.

Just like the 25th repro ones! My family loves it when poor little Bluebelle falls flat on her pony face.
I did put a bigger, heavy washer in her, all my CP ponies are on the highest shelf
