D&d mlp rpg?

So, for several months I've been playing my friend's D&D campaign (4th ed., custom faun ranger/bard... yep, my toon has hooves). Except for two players, we're all pretty new to it. Anyway, the DM and I have fun shopping for wee bits to be game pieces. He's been using HeroClix or whatever teeny tinies he can find. Sadly, for me, anyway, Ponyvilles are a tad big for the game. Anyway, it got me wondering.

Now I vaguely remember seeing an MLP board game way back, but I don't know if it was a D&D-style rpg. But a bit of googling resulted in this image:

Is this a real thing? Or very good fanart? I can't find much else on it. But if it's real, I totally want it!!

That's a photoshop but there are several fan made pony pnp games in various stages of development. Savage Worlds of My Little Pony is the one that comes to mind, and there are several d20 based systems around as well.
