Different head Princess Luna?

Hello all, this has been bugging me a bit as I have two princess Luna's that appear to be from the same release, but yet have different heads and numbers on hooves.

Is she from a different release?

The one on the left is from the crystal empire set with rarity, the right I got from a random bag of ponies. The left one has a longer nose and more angular chiseled looking head that is glossy, while the one on the right has a rounder softer head and it's not shiny.

As far as I know there's only the one release with the dark blue tinseled hair... What is this rounder headed Luna???

Seems these two were made at separate times.
The left Luna was made in August of 2013, while the right was made in January of 2013 (according to the numbers on the bottom of their hooves). It's possible the left one is a reprint. I can't think of any other explanation.

They seem like they're tweaking the heads a little on several on the newer Ponies coming out. The foreheads are a little longer, muzzles more rounded.

Now if only we could get them to please give us some new Ponies altogether I'd be in heaven!
