I'm just wondering if anyone has any cool ways to display their sea ponies when they don't have their shells or floats? I've got some baby sea ponies and I've got them sitting in upside down clear plastic cups with a hole in them. They look OK but a little tacky, just wondering if anyone has other suggestions?

wow that is so awesomely simple... I love it!

lol ok another one I've battled is rearing ponies... Magic Star and Truly... anything?

You know that dodgy green foam stuff that they put flower arrangements in? I use that... It also makes the pony look as if it's standing or rearing om grass...

Egg cartons. You can decorate the carton to look like waves.

I've just used egg cartons with mine too they are the perfect size for the adult's tails to fit into :D I was planning on using glasses with coloured pebbles in the bottom as somebody suggested to me but I'm still hunting for some the right size for the adults . . . They either seem to small or too big for the adults to fit in properly.

I cover my risers with panne velvet so I just got a few leftover offcuts to drape over and cover the front of the egg cartons.

I actually use a fishtank for all of mine.
UIf you want them to stand up properly you can use cut off ends of toilet paper rolls ^^
I think the shotglasses would look great but I haven't tried it myself
I'll getcha some pics later.

I've been shopping around today and checking out different sizes of shot glasses etc. I don't have any adults, only babies... but have you tried espresso shot glasses? Because they're for coffee, they're a little bigger than shot glasses.

I use these clear acrylic napkin rings that are sold at my local kitchen shop for $1 each and they fit adult and baby sea ponies:
