Do you still own ponies from your Childhood Collection?

I've always taken good care of my toys, I haven't looked in the area I have my old Ponies in a while but I have almost every toy I've ever owned so with a bit of searching I could probably dig them up and all the accessories too and good condition (their hair is probably a bit dry and tangled but that would be easy enough to fix). I have almost all of the G2 Ponies released in Canada and the U.S. (I've been working towards completing my collection of Ponies from the first two years of G2, I only have a few that I still need). I also have Spring Song the purple Pegasus from the Cabbage Patch Ponies and a Baby Sweet Stuff I found at the second hand toy counter in a comics shop when I was 10

I grew up with g3, but around age ten, I hit the "ponies are for babies" stage :sadpony: I sold all but one at a garage sale, and the last was so ruined I had to toss her. I regret it so much, they were all in such good condition D::cry2:

Sadly I own own two. Curly Locks and Twinkler. The rest are gone and given away. I had to start from scratch building my herd again. :sadpony:

here are mine!

I only had four ponies when I was a kid, which I sadly got rid of at some point due to losing interest in them. But now that I like MLP again (thanks to FiM) I've been trying to collect them again!
So far I've got 3 of 4 back, G2 Wingsong and Pretty Parlour Ivy, and G1 Tic-Tac-Toe. Even though they aren't the exact same toys I had as a child, I treat them as if they were. I guess you could say they're the same in spirit, haha. Perhaps even better, since they are in much nicer condition than my old ones were I bet!

I have a purple Totsy. I had put her in my grandma's attic when I was a kid. I guess she wasn't good enough back then. lol. I found her about 20 years later, and was so happy when I did. Now she's the jewel of my collection! :)

I sold a lot of my old ponies because they got to be too much. My mom was very big on yard sales so I ended up with over 300 as a kid. The mail orders that I got on special occasions are probably my most dear along with Locket since she started it all for me. These are the ones I've hung onto from my childhood now. (Minus a newborn twin or two because I can't remember which ones I had in complete sets or reunited later.)

I still have almost all of mine (the only one I can think of that I don't have is the pink eyelash princess who was chewed up by our dog when she was a puppy :[ I did replace her though) I had a ton (G1s all secondhand and G2s bought new) and alas, do not have a photo of just my childhood herd. It's just too big! I also sadly don't have any scans of old photos that feature my ponies. But just for fun, here are some random pics from Photobucket of some of my beloved childhood girls:

I recall that I could never figure out what her symbol was when I was little lol -facepalm-. But I still loved her!

Tootie was always a favorite and still is!

I had the Goldilocks on the left first (her hair was pretty much dreadlocks ever since I got her until I finally fixed her up to the best of my abilities a few years ago - she still needs work though). My mom bought me the second one because I just loved her so much and her hair was in nice curls..Sadly these days I don't care much for her. =(

Lucky for me, all of my childhood ponies have been at my grandparent's house all these years. About four tubs full. I've recently started selling some of them, though I'm also buying some things I want. :smilepony: Some were purchased new, others from garage sales, etc...it was much easier in those days. The boys have always been my favorite--still have all of them!

Star Warrior: Those are your childhood ponies!? :shockpony:

Flutter ponies who still have their wings!? WOW. OMG. :flutter2:

I still have all of my childhood ponies. Sorry, no pictures. I have a couple 100. They were well played with.

PS-- I love that we have some collectors who started with G3. We picked up some true pony fans who still love their ponies just like the old folks like myself who started with G1.
