Has anyone dealt with having to open an etsy claim/case ? Ive legit never gotten a bad order so Ive never done it, but the shop i ordered presents from has sent me the wrong things, really bad quality, didnt protect the items in shipping, etc. Its baaaddd. And this place had a decent rating when i purchased but then suddenly didnt send anything for like 3 weeks, and now theres bad reviews about the wrong orders and the seller not responding to requests for refunds/returns. So im not really sure what to do.. im hoping its not a long drawn out process i gatta rebuy everything again from somewhere else while theres cyber deals going on, i cant afford full price on gold jewelry. *face plants* geeesshhh
Update: The shop owner is now trying to refuse a refund. Im so mAD.
