I finally found Princess Luna! My older sister took me to target and my older brother was all " you'll never ever find what your looking for." we walk down the aisle i see it on the shelf pull it down and shout at him "in your face,sucker!" i got home opened her and starred at her...all night.:yippie::yippie::yippie::yippie::yippie::yippie::yippie::yippie::yippie::yippie::yippie::yippie::yippie::yippie::yippie::yippie::yippie::yippie:
She is the gem of my herd.The first winged unicorn!
 
I was excited to find her too, she's very pretty. I hardly ever find anything I am looking for on the first try.
 
yea for you...I know how exciting it is to find the pony you so desire. Congrats.
 
Good for you! I live in Canada so I've got next to no luck finding her. I really want her, though - I was so stoked to find out they made a pony of her! I really hate Target exclusives... D:

Congrats! I just got Luna and when we camping last weekend to watch the meteor shower, I took her with me for some reason, because I was so excited.
 
When I first got hooked on FiM, I went out and bought a Twilight Sparkle and a Fluttershy specifically to mod into a Luna. Of course, the first photos of an upcoming Luna toy surfaced before I'd even gotten to opening the packages, which made my two G4s redundant (at the time anyway--I wound up getting more G4s despite intentions to the contrary!)

Of course from that point was the interminable waiting for release and distribution of my eagerly awaited Luna, which seemed to last forever. And when the news came that they were appearing in the stock rooms of some Targets, along with their DCPIs, I immediately called around until I found a Target which had them, and could barely contain my Twilight-esque YESYESYESYES dance when the nice girl asked if I'd like her to hold them for me. I don't think I've been so excited over something in a long time as I was when I had both sizes of Luna in my grubby mitts. I didn't even care that they weren't show accurate, since they both look cute IMO.

In short, I share your Luna enthusiasm OP. Now if only Nightmare Moon would get some product love too.
 
Like Hulkbow I was initially only going to get Luna (and Twilight Sparkle) and stop there. I suddenly needed both sizes of Luna, and Twilight was soon joined by background ponies. Then the G3s started...

I like her as she is, too. I'm more annoyed at Twilight's color than I am about anything on my Lunas. <3

If you have an eBay acct, there are a bunch on there for good prices, both loose and MIP

I would love to post some pics, but my camera is in the shop right now and the camera on my phone is really cruddy...sorry. :)
