Ever get anyone into MLP?

I apologize if this thread has been made before. ^^;;; I checked and couldn't find one. But if there is, then please delete this.

Anyway, has anyone ever gotten a friend of family member into My Little Pony? I have -- I got my boyfriend and my seven-year-old niece into it. X3 They're both fans of Friendship is Magic like I am, but I've gotten them into the toys as well. My niece is particularly cute -- she covered the one I gave her in Lisa Frank stickers (it was a fakie, though, don't worry XD) and named it Cupcakes.
 
I showed my BFF 'Applebuck Season', a MLP: FiM episode, and she was hooked.
 
I'd been nagging one of my friends to watch Friendship is Magic for a while...she finally watched the first episode, and three days later she'd seen them all. She amazes me sometimes. o_O But I'm hoping to get her hooked on the older ones as well!
 
My younger sisters used to collect with me, but they sorta grew out of it (they keep their old ponies and love them, but don't really hunt ebay or anything~)

I converted at least five friends at college to the new show, and two of them converted their girlfriend/bestfriend.
 
I've gotten my dad and one of my best friends into FiM.

As far as toys go, I insisted my mother get her friend's princess-obsessed daughter something to break the monotony with G4 Styling Rarity. Her pony phase was brief, but I was told that at the time it was the "best gift ever"...so that works for me!
 
Two of my classmates also discovered MLP, but only for a short time. It's all gone now, lol. Anyway, my cousins are interested only 0,5% of the ponies.
 
Yep! I got my friend Kendra (katybug is her sn...not sure if she is on this site), into MLP, I don't think she is as hardcore as she used to be in the beginning, but she got some NICE ponies.
 
My niece is only 4 months old but I have plans to "educate" her in the ways of ponies. :catdevious:
 
My husband has always enabled my pony collecting, but he's really started to like them himself. He kind of liked them before, but I think it's even more now because he'd sit down and watch the new show with me. In fact, he'd usually be the one to remind me there's a new episode! Hehe.
