I don't think it's fading so much as just discoloration brought about by the age of the plastic. I think I've chucked a couple like yours in the bait box over the years - I can stand mismatched heads and bodies!

I think it's just coming down to the aging plastic. I've seen several ponies with this problem. Matter of fact, I picked up a Birthflower with the same problem reversed (discolored body, near mint head) over the summer.

i got a lemon drop with just that problem her head is pale compared to her body

i actually just got a ff blossom and i noticed her head was more pink then her body so when i took the fingernail polish remover to her and started cleaning her head the pink came off. i definately wasnt expecting it. i kept scrubbing and now her head is almost the same color as her body.

Yay, I'm glad I finally get to see a picture of this mystery Blossom. To me, it almost looks like a Bluebelle head was attached to Blossom's body. This happened with other ponies when the factories had extra parts. They used what they had to make strange ponies. I wonder if perhaps this happened. Although, it may not be the case. She is cool for sure. I really like her. You are lucky to have her.
