Fairs and ponies

It was the opening day of the county fair yesterday (Friday). I’m not quite ok lately, but I went pretty easy on myself while E and friend had tons of fun. Free pancake breakfast was yum! There were ponies everywhere. Real, plush, and inflatable! E rang the bell and won my awesome unicorn hammer and I got a super squishy little blue unicorn. I got rather burnt, but overall a fun day! I love my unicorns.

I miss fairs so much! Im still a little scared of crowds that big. Ours always has a horse and mule show. So cute.
Every year they make a sand sculpture and i remember one year i walked into the building and lo and behold the sand guy was sculpting a massive toy sculpture with lots of vintage toys from the 80s in it. There was a massive sand g1 mlp! I took a picture but im not sure what old phone it would be on. I think maybe the same year i won a vintage sheet of wishbone (the dog) stickers from a nature booth where you identify plants.
