G4 Fancy Mermaids VS Fancy Mermaids from G1

I didnt realise that there were G4 Fancy Mermaids,

For some reason those G4 mermaids remind me of G3 Ponyville. Are the new G4 a similar size to the G1 mermaids?
 
Those are actually G3.5 mermaid ponies. At least, I think they are.

If I remember correctly, I think they're similar in size to the G4 blind bag ponies. Someone who owns them might could be more specific.
 
Yep, those are g3/ g 3.5 ponyville merponies. They maDe some crystal and sparkly ones that came in blind bags, which I have. And they had a bunch of no sparkle/crystal ones that came in little theme sets woth accessories, and an underwater castle with a little chariot pulled by dolphins (which is sooooo freakin cute).

Thankyou both for the info. I thought they looked more like ponyville :D
That playset with dolphins sounds very cute too.
 
@DialgaBritesMom Those are adorable. I love that chariot.. The hermit crab has to be one of the cutest accessories I have ever seen.

yeah, tbh, I think I bought that set to get the hermit crab lol W
e used to keep hermit crabs, and I love em, but we never got one through a molt successfully, depite our best efforts, so we stopped. Poor things.
 
I love the 3.5 mermaids (and the G1s, such a PonyHo...), they're so over the top! I got the Rainbow Dash mermaid for my mom and she calls her Tammy Faye.
