Lets face it, we all have ponies we love, ponies we like, ponies that we're ok with and ponies that we're like eh, whatever. Who are some of your all-time faves and why?

Fire Water-It was her zen-like symbol that first attracted me to her and the blue goes perfectly with her orange hair, the tinsel flashes so nice in the sun

Jiraiya-he's the first pony I ever commissioned for myself from songbird21! He's got a special place in my heart

Tropical Surprise-I love her colors, slightly shimmery teal with Hawaiian punch green and navy hair. she's awesome and my favorite G3!

Blushie-her name sucks but I love this pony cuz my aunt heard me squeal over her (and yes I was a grown woman) and pick her up and admire her and she outright bought her for me. for hating pink I love the pink/purple/blue color combo, it screams Easter

Fizzy-she's got such an elegant and unique color scheme and I love my adulthood Fizzy just as much as I loved childhood Fizzy. Isn't it great when childhood favorites come your way again and pick up right where they left off?

Baby Rainfeather-I love this pony! Why I dunno? Sure she's adorable but there's something about her I can't define.

Ringlets-I wanted this pony the moment I saw her on an arena poll featuring the Brush n Grows and when I got her I knew I wasn't wrong. I love this pony! she's unique, her hair is sooo thick and silky and the colors are like no other pony's. Wow! X3

Sparkler-I always wanted her as a kid, never got her and when I did I just let out this embarrassingly loud squeal and yeah I love brushing her hair a lot too.

Baby Sea Star-She's cute and Eastery colored, yellow/lavender is always a winner with me! Her adorable baby face and ok I wasn't crazy about her pose until I held her precious self in my hand.

Hula Hula-who woulda guessed she'd be an instant favorite out of a nope I'd never own That pony! to ZOMGS I love you!

Sunny Daze. I just love the Daffidazey Curls on her ^~^

I regret putting her in a box, but it was for a cause

Diamond Rose and Feathermay, both nearly complete and near mint. Those two are some of my trails and I'm happy because they were both given by a friend as a gift :oops: I just miss her, I'm hoping to see her soon

I love Lemon Treats because her colors remind me of daffodils, my favorite flower. I always thought she was the prettiest pony with her curly hair and all.
I just got Gypsy today :smile: She is another pretty girl. I like the glitter on her symbols, her freckles, and her lavender eyes.

Baby Leaper also arrived today. You can't get much better than a frog cutie mark! Who doesn't love cute froggies?

Baby Clipper reminds me of the first date I went on with my husband. We watched sailboats for hours down on the lake front.

To end the favorites list, it would be Sparkly Baby Gusty and Sparkly Baby Firefly. I remember my sister and I playing with those two specifically when we were little so I think of them as sister ponies. They both sparkle but they are different and special.
 
I love my all childhood ponies the best. Ultimate best in that little herd is Melody, Baby moondancer and Strawberry Suprise.
Then I just loove Fizzy, Moondancer, Gusty and NSS Shady. Also I have come to adore Daddy Sweetsuprise (he is so handsome!) and flutter ponies ( they are so delicate and so fairy like^^).
Aaaaaand I am fond of all my SS ponies. I did not have any when I was a child and didn't know they exicts. To hunt them almost perfect or mint flocking condition is so exiting ;).
Skydancer, MO Pearly babies, Majesty, Sweet tooth and Gypsy have caught my eye too ;).

I was thinking and the favourites in my herd are my G1 Minty from Ology (she is super special), my original Ponies that didn't get swiped: Party Time, Blue Belle, Firefly to mention a few, my BBEs (because my beloved gleamshinesparkle is correct I'm CRAZY for them!) and alllllll my babies. I mean every single baby I have. Especially my adorbs li'l Newborn Cuties.

I mean, who could not love this face?

Favourite pony from both my childhood and adult herds is definitely Bridal Beauty. She's elegant and beautiful, closer to a Sweetheart Sister than a normal earth pony but still mature-looking. I love the white-on-white, the tinsel in her hair and her cutie mark. I played with her more than any other pony when I was little.

Favourite childhood pony is definitely Baby Berrytown. I used to pretend that she was Bridal Beauty's foal because I didn't have her mom or dad. I loved how different the stripes in her hair were from other ponies. She's still one of my grails, as are her parents.

Other favourites from my childhood include Swirly Whirly (my first ever pony that was given to me before I was old enough to remember. I loved the way she smelled like vanilla, which was the same as the perfume my mom always used to wear), Baby Flicker (I remember getting her on holiday in Knysna and playing with her at the rental house we stayed in), Talks-a-Lot (I remember sitting with her in the car outside my grandmother's house the day I got her), Tickle, Bowtie and Baby Glory (all of whom were left to me by my best friend when she emigrated to the UK).

Favourites from my adult herd include TAF Yum Yum and Night Glider, Gusty and Glory, Whizzer, Fizzy and Tic Tac Toe. I've also got a replacement Tickle and Baby Glory.

My favorites are:

Starbeam: One of my first G3's. I love her unique white hair and star cutie mark.

Talkalot: Her ridiculous expression cracks me up every time. I also love how demanding she is.

Napper: Her glittery neon yellow body looks so unique. I also love her peaceful expression.

Sky Rocket: She always has a special place in my heart because up until recently she was my only boy pony :lolpony:

Island Rainbow: I love love tropical ponies and an orange tropical pony is even better!

Baby Brightbow: Her lunar rainbow cutie mark is so cute!

Coconut Grove: My first big box of G3's all stronlgy smelled of Coconut because of this lovely pony. Now whenever I smell Coconut I think of my herd.

Daddy Bright Bouquet: My very first male pony! I love his soft colors.

I can go on and on but those are some of my most special ponies :)
 
I forgot to mention favorites from my long-lost childhood herd (don't remember who all I had though)
Fizzy was the only one I mentioned before
Windy: beauty-ful colors one of my oldest ponies, ima get her again!
SS Gusty-My first So-soft. I so wish I hadn't lost you in the move, I cried for a while
Sweet Pop-oh my very first twinkle eye ever! how I loved you and then my uncle's dog chewed your feet and I had to throw you away, I was so mad at him. why are you so expensive now?!?!?!
Dazzleglow-you were the very last pony they ever bought me because according to them, I was getting too old and I loved you to bits! I can't find you anywhere? drives me nuts!
Dancing Butterflies-when they brought you home as a surprise it was instant love! you were so vain and beautiful
MGR Sunnybunch-a friend gave you to me and i loved you to bits, i didn't even know you were a merry-go-round, i just thought you had a fancy saddle
Mirror Mirror-you were one of my prettiest ponies and we had a lot of adventures together, i will get you again
SS Shady-man i was so upset because i was hoping for a different pony and I pouted and refused to play with you, then i started petting you and we went all over the neighborhood and played for hours.

How funny everyone hates them and since they are cheap, I know where they go ;)



I mean, I won't be bothered if a NC eats my soul, they are also ponies, right?
I won't be bothered by a BBE either.....

My favorites are:

Shenanigans - she was my very first pony; I got her when I was maybe six or seven. I also love her color scheme and her hot air balloon symbol.
Candy Apple - she was one of my favorites to play with as a kid. There are lots of memories attached to her. I don't care for her pose, but I like her colors.
Port-O-Bella - as a self-professed "foodie", I love that she's named after a savory food. I also love her pose and color scheme.
Candy Cane - I'm a winter pony lover, and Candy Cane is one of my favorites. I'm not really sure why. Maybe because she looks so cheerful.

I could go on, but I'll spare you all and stop there :)

Oh, tough one...

Party Time and Gusty-- The very first two adult ponies in my herd. Those two ladies will always hold a special place with me.
Quarterback and Parasol-- My soulmate pair who were destine to stay together.
Spike the Dragon-- My very first super amazing thrift store find.
Valenshy-- I dunno, there's just something about her that I really love.
 
Snuzzle, the pony I most wanted as a child but didn't get. And Sunbeam, my favourite pony from childhood.
