First Custom! Comments and Suggestions wanted!

So my friends have 3 Green Cheek Conures, and I wanted to make them a customer MLP into a Conure. This is the result.

The first picture is BEFORE. She was a damaged Daisy May who I stripped and dyed a dark purple. Then I brushed her entire body with green, grey, blue tipped wings, and then added the reddish-orange to her chest. The beak was made out of Apoxie Sculpt and her "cutie-mark" was done at the end. I seal coated her entire body with ModPodge. Her tail (yes it's curled around her leg to dry, after washing) is Vampire Kiss. Her mane is a 50-50 mix of Nickel and Ivy. Personally I think you did alot for a first custom - so obviously it's totally Awesome!
I am still working on my first and it will be a while - too busy - I have some of it done, but I am still visualizing and planning and doing other stuff! Good job for sticking with it! Also - I am not sure what "done" apoxie looks like prior to painting - and have been too cautious to try. I attempted to make a bead to put into someone's hair - but it was a little rubbery - I don't know if that's the way it's suppose to turn out - is it?

That's great for your first custom! It was really ambitious of you to dive right into sculpting...that is something I haven't tried yet!
