Interesting. I bought my Fizzy last year on the fleamarket for 50c. She's anything but mint, but still... I hadn't noticed such an increase in price for that pony.

I actually saw a listing mentioning her as the star of the lot! INCLUDING RARE FIZZY! I was like... Ohhh kayyyy...

It's mass hysteria I tell ya. One person on one listing says it's rare, then everyone is like ZOMG!! RARE!! and prices shoot up for no reason.

I'm really surprised to see those prices, I never thought of Fizzy as being rare in the slightest.

Some ponies go for really high prices randomly but it's weird that you found three auctions in which she went for a lot. Interesting...

I think this happens sometimes... it's quite random when it does... but I remember Chief selling for $100 or more a couple of years ago... and that was more than once!

Mind you, those prices of those Fizzys... well lets just say, I've seen sellers start the bidding WAY high for a lot of commons lately... like $40 sometimes.
