Okay, didn't go last week, but did go today instead of my usual saturday excursion. On ponies I spent a grand total of 5.50.

2.00 for an okay condition Twilight
1.00 for a Bouquet, still works, needs some tlc tho, her hair is a bit ratty

THEN 2.50 for all of the following:

Windy
Lickety Split
Pretty Pony Rosy Love (the last one I needed yippy!)
Sweet Berry Strawberry surprise
TE Sky Rocket (needed :))
And....
Munchy (w/one ink mark on the bottom of her back hoof)

42 cents each!!!!!!

*contented look*

I'm sooo jealous! I haven't found ponies in ages. Isn't it such a good feeling to find them at yard sale prices?

COngrats!

Actually I'd about given up and only had maybe 4 more rows left (has rows A-P) and hadn't found anything interesting. Well As always I stopped by the "book lady" (she always has books 3 for a dollar) because in the last month or so she's added some toys, tho all I had seen were fakies. And there I saw a tangled mass of hair and figured it was a fakie, until I saw the symbol of the hat, which made me curious and picked her up to look at her face and find she was actually a mlp :). She was pretty grundgy w/stuff (grass and what not) in her hair, but I pulled on her tail, and it lengthened and seemed to go back up, so I happily bought her. Now she is brushed and conditioned and is very pretty :).

Twilight was a purchase because I feared I'd find no others. The guy I bought her from always has some mlps, tho usually G3s. He actually knows me, to know that I'll want to look at his pony bins. So, looking her over, I decided to buy her so I'd feel like I'd bought something else.

THEN I found this guy who told me he was there on Sundays only. I was walking, glancing back and forth and saw a pony from afar, and thus zoomed that direction. Then picked up the five I saw on the one table and looked at him. I think he ment to sell them 50 cents each and miscounted, because he told me 2 dollars. Was happy, and THEN saw another yellow pony on the other table...MUNCHY!!!! I picked her up and he said 2.50.

Couldn't believe my overall luck when I calculated that the 5 I got for 42 cents each, and even factoring the two others in, spent around 68 each average. Not the biggest haul, but of the best value!!
