Hi! Does any *nudge @Gingerbread * have a recipe for a chicken meatball? New Season’s Carrie’s one that is so delicious! I never thought a chicken meatball could be so good! So, I’m trying to figure out a recipe for my own. Minimal carbs. I’ve got chicken, egg, onion, sesame seeds, and garlic for sure… any suggestions for other seasonings?

I really don't cook much with ground chicken so I don't have much to offer ya. I usually only make meatballs with beef/Italian sausage to go with sauce. I've never heard of the brand you're talking about are they an Asian-style flavor? with the sesame seeds you got me thinking so, I tried to google them to get an idea of what you were trying to duplicate, is it something similar to this?

Not chicken, but friends grandma used to make really good turkey meatballs and she always said the most important steps were adding a little ginger and steaming the meatballs for 15 minutes after they’re done cooking I’ve never made them myself though
