G4 hair restyles.

okay so I'm restyling the G4 mane cast's hair, because they're AWFUL from the box.
I'm not really interested in going canon styles for all of them, just Pinkie, really.
They're all going to be done in boil perms of different techniques.
Fluttershy is getting crimped, Rarity is getting large barrel rolls, Applejack is getting country braids, Pinkie got her super curls, Twilight... well I haven't decided Twilight or Rainbow's hair yet.

But here's how my Pinkie came out!

Rarity is drying and Fluttershy is about to be boiled, so I'll have those pics up ASAP. :]
 
That looks great! I was kind of disappointed at how the G4s didn't really come with hairstyles like the characters in the show. Pinkie Pie looks awesome now.

I decided to do beachy crimped waves for Fluttershy and a high fashiony curled and teased asymmetrical style for Rarity.
 
There was one super curly-haired Pinkie Pie released but yours looks better in my opinion. It's probably really hard to find that one since it's closer to the show than anything else they've put out.

Just a boil perm! Skinny straws for Pinkie, I just braided Fluttershy's, and I used big straws for Rarity. :bounce:
 
Awww! Let me tell yah, they look divine! Wicked! Lookin' good!
 
A boil perm isn´t hard.... you boil some water, dip the hair and then roll it on something round in the size that you want the curls to be.... then you let it dry.... and voila! you have got a perm.... :bath:
