G4 Hub Ponies found at Target - Pictures Added!

I like Spike, but...not really thrilled with the ponies. I'd like them better if they had real hair....and I get the same feeling I did with the G3.5s - they just don't feel like MLP to me. I do like them better than the G3.5s. They are cute, just...not MLP to me.

I agree--very cute...but not very pony like. They look like deer to me with the ears so large (better large ears than large heads, though! LOL) But after watching the show, they "feel" more MLPish:catmoon: (<--just 'cause I like that one)
 
Yay! Great to see something new is turning up in stores! Applejack is so cute!!! But I think I prefer the version of Celestia with hair to this version.
 
i have been to 3 target's and a tru and cannot for the life of me find this set...... guess I'm not meant to have it?

It's only just come out... and I'm sure Hasbro is wanting to take full advantage of the holiday$, so there's still hope for you.:witch1:

lol I'm already defeated haha I wanted it NOW not in two week's when i'll have forgotten about it :)

I could alway's order it online, but that's not the same as picking it up in the store ya know?
 
I got lucky at my Target. I was really surprised since we don't usually get anything new up here so quickly. I'm in love, and can't wait for the rest of 'em to come out <3

They do look really sweet but what is a pony without hair to brush? ^^
 
A pony without hair to brush is an awesome figure that looks more like the cartoon character. I like these because they capture the hairstyles of the show better than the upcoming ponies with hair. Not that I won't be buying those, but I'm definitely loving these for their show accuracy.
 
I went to Target on Saturday and didn't find them on the shelf, so I left empty-handed. But after finding the DPCI number on the Arena yesterday, I went in there this morning with the number written on a piece of paper. Since they had just opened, there were people all over the store so it was easy to find someone. I had the guy in the toys section check with the DPCI and he said they did have them, but in the back, so he went and got one for me. I hated spending $20, especially since I only wanted Applejack and Twilight Sparkle, but hopefully I can find someone to trade Pinkie, Celestia and Spike to.

I looked up the dcpi number and called my closest target, which I had been to searching for these and the gentlemen on the phone informed me they have 16 in the store and put one on hold for me!! yay!

If anyone is looking for these and can't find them or they're in another country and would like them I will gladly purchase and reship for you. just shoot me a PM.

What is the dpci number? I looked on the arena but couldn't find it. I want to go to target tomorrow to check for the set and don't want to be disappointed!

It's 086-02-0461. Just find an employee on the floor, preferrably in the toy section since they'll be more familiar with where things are and give them the number to look up. They should go back and grab one (or more) for you. Don't bother asking at the front service desk because I tried that and they didn't know for sure how to read the codes used for the stockroom locations and they couldn't have gone to get it anyway.
