G4 neck joint reattachment?

I just rehaired my G4 Rainbow Dash (with her own hair. It was annoying me that it wasn't rainbowed the way it is in the tv show!) and was wondering what you guys use to get the neck apparatus back into the body? I used some Fabri-Tac but 24 hours later it still pulled out with little effort. Then I picked the sticky goo off and tried some nail glue, which I used to use all the time when I was young to fix broken bits on my Pokemon 1" figures (Pikachu tails always falling off...) and that didn't stick either!
What should I use? I don't want poor RD being the headless horse!
 
E-6000 in the gray tube is what I use. You can get it at Walmart or any craft store.
 
Superglue. Mine is just called 'The original Super Glue" in a little yellow and red tube. Put it around the plug, press in, and let dry.
 
Thanks for your help guys. I remember seeing that E-6000 stuff at a lot of the places I was looking for Fabri-Tac (which was hard to find!) and I was looking at it for a possible alternative in case I didn't find any. I guess I should have just picked it up after all. :)
