Ooh, is the store really called the 99 Cent Store? I'd given up on finding one of these, I might have to check some local discount places, or just get the Boscov's one.

And I really like the new dragons! I didn't care for g4's dragons that much. I didn't mind the big adult ones, but the teen/young adult ones looked a bit lanky and unbalanced to me. These are different, but I like them and I'm glad they're quadrupedal!

I just wanted to say I thought the newest chapter of Make Your Mark was the best chapter of them all :) Well, I didn't watch episodes 1 or 4. And only skimmed episodes 2 and 3. But I really appreciated Sprout's appearances, especially for the climax or ending or whatever it was during episode 3, he only had short moments but they were great. I love him so much!
 
The crystal(?) ponies in the new episode of Tell Your Tale (episode 68) have their symbols so similar to the dragons that at first I thought a dragon was in a pony disguise somehow. Although I didn’t know why they would be. But then the others showed up so I guess maybe they redesigned the crystal ponies? The copy-pasting of each pony though…

Allura seems like she could be cool but how they kept mentioning her through the episode made me keep thinking I’ve missed an episode

Oh man, that G5/G4/G3 set is so cute... But I only want minty!!! I really, really only want minty, and I can't justify spending even 45 on the basis of only wanting one of them... this stinks!!!!

Somebody will probably break up the set to sell what they don't want. I've seen Deputy Sprout online from the big target set. Perhaps someone will have a Minty.
 
I forgot ch. 6 of Make Your Mark was out today. It’s three episodes only plus the Secrets of Starlight special. In fact, ch. 6 could be two episodes really since I see that episode 2 and 3 are “part 1” and “part 2”. Maybe this will clear up some of my confusion from my last post about the Tell Your Tale episode as episodes of TYT can tie in to MYM

I noticed that too about the dragons and new ponies having similar cutie marks(? I don't think they ever refer to them as CMs for the dragons so maybe they're not?). I wonder if there's a lore/story reason for that or if it was just a coincidental design choice?

Yeah, the new ponies and Allura first appear in the Secrets of Starlight special. Allura also appears to have a cutie mark of some sort. After how strict G4 was about which creatures can and cannot have cutie marks, it's so strange seeing other animals with them. Reminds me of G1 pony friends a bit!


I really liked chapter 6 overall! I thought it was a good closer to the series, I just wish we could keep getting MYM episodes instead of only TYT.

I just finished chapter 6 and I liked it! I’ve really enjoyed the whole Misty/Opaline storyline.

I was not used to seeing and hearing Spike at all even though I expected him to come since I had seen stuff of him about. Straight away I realised Opaline is probably going to see the end of her life in that tree… that’s such a slow way to go. Dang.

I still have Secrets of Starlight to see so I assumed that’s where Allura and those new ponies are going to appear

It seems like TYT kind of gave spoilers to what was going to happen though, this one

I liked this chapter a lot.

Quadropedal Spike, HALLELUJAH. They did him so dirty in the G4 finale with that freaky bipedal form.

"Dragons and dungeons don't go together", I see what you did there Hasbro ha ha haha

I think the crystal horn ponies were called auroracorns. Toys, please! I like them as a concept. Sort of Twinkle Eye pony adjacent.

Love the new villain. What a great voice, and I'm never going to complain about seeing a big cat. Also her voice powers remind me of Tarn from Transformers. Praying she will get a toy.
