I'm about to give up. Any tips for Sweet Clover to help her get rid of that nasty eyeshadow?

Sorry about quality - had to take them with my phone - but the 'lovely' extra make-up shouldn't be hard to miss.

It's black marker.. and it's very permanent, ughh!

I use these tiny cotton sticks (to work around the eyes) and have very carefully tried 100% acetone. No go. I've tried a mild chlorine solution, no luck.
I've tried a Garnier pimple scrub (since Clearasil is banned in most stores around here), nothing.

What else can I do/use? She's pink and I don't want to ruin her eyes or accidentally mess up her color.. though, come to think of it, I'd rather have her with lighter spots above the eyes than this awful marker.

I'm not exactly sure how this would work, but you could remove her head and sun fade the spots out, or use oxyclean. I haven't had to deal with something like this myself, but I hope this helps!

I think that sunfading might be your only hope. Permanent marker is something that's not really going to come off without sunfading.

That being said though, you would have to be VERY precise at covering up her eyes and eyelashes. Sunfading will fade those too.

WHOA! What that kid really wanted was an eyelash princess for Christmas.

I'm probably the laziest sun-fader out there, but I would try one or more of the following:

-Standard sunfading - just accept that her eyes will fade to and plan to re-paint them.

-Paint over it, so she looks like she has some prettier eye-shadow, say light pink.

(Probably a mix of these because I'm not sure sunfading will get rid of that completely.)

Or maybe try this? Paint and sunfading tutorial! [Update: fading out ink stains on dark ponies!]

I would out on Remove Zit over night and rather repainted the eye lashes.

Thanks for all your suggestions. Yes, I had sort of begun thinking that it wasn't possible without damaging her eyes. Oh well, such a shame as she's in a quite nice shape (mauled mane despite).

I might try sunfading though obviously, in Denmark, it's always so and so with the sun  Sort of the only option as we have no Oxy Cleaner or Remove Zit here.
Thanks for the link Far Dreamer, I'll check it out before I proceed.
