Hair cut for this Lemon Treats?

I'm trying to decide if the pony has had a hair cut or if it just looks shorter because of the curls still in it. I'd love to know what you guess think. How long should her hair be?

Hard to tell without her hair to the other side.
Is she yours yet?
If so take another picture with her mane to the other side and I'll compare her with mine

Her tail seems to be fine from what I can see.

Thanks guys I think she's pretty gorgeous too and I lucked her for a reasonable price BIN too Her curls are just a teensy little bit matted but they look so wonderful I haven't touched them - factory curls like those are too tricky to come by!
