Hair mask for ponies (bad idea!)

I have this container of hair mask (basically extra thick conditioner you leave in for a few minutes before washing) I wanted to get rid of and I figured I could use it on a lot of G3's and a G1 to really moisturize their hair.

Big time regret! I rinsed it for ages and, even after drying, their hair still felt oily and sticky (and still a bit dry!). Ended up having to rewash everything

You might get different results with a different mask or different technique, but I'm just putting this out there for anyone who was thinking of doing the same thing.
