I haven't seen the moon in days because of all the stupid rain, at least we managed to fix the thing that was causing the front yard to flood.

Been raining for like a week

Oh and @starbritesprinkles i hope I labeled my light source correctly on my upload lol - it’s how I understood the directions!

I used our tv as the background lol

My moon is full....but so tiny. Also...almost forgot to do this one. Partner and I ran out in bare feet and jammies.....it is really cold out and not my toes are cold!!!!

Haha I tried to get one with the real moon but this was the result :rofl: you can’t see a thing!

My phones camera isn’t really good at moon pics, if I’d tried earlier in the day when it still looked bigger I may have gotten something but oops, I found a good moon video to use instead :D
 
Dude what the heck, the moon disappeared from the picture. I can see it in my photos but not here????
I’m posting it here again to ser if I’m going crazy.

Found it! You just have to really enlarge it. This came on my phone is nuts. It looks day with out using a flash. It midnight now.
 
Since it's been raining, I first tried to use a remote-controlled Moon that my daughter has. Sadly, it's been many years since it was last used, and the batteries corroded inside the remote and the Moon.

It didn't come out as well as I'd hoped, so then it was time for plan B, using the xbox and our TV, finding an article with a photo of the Moon!
It was a toss-up between this one, and the one I posted.

Here is the pic I used (the top one) because it’s a silhouette and completely black. But my concern for judging is if the brightness of the screen is low then it might be hard to see… but I wasn’t sure if bottom would count as a silhouette because you can see the color a little bit
@starbritesprinkles if it’s hard to see the brightness just needs to be turned up

And I can full relate to the Applejack with the full moon as I get up to go feed everyone else their breakfast as the day on the farm starts. :rofl:
