Hi everyone! Very excited to be back in the Pony World after several years away.
I'm Marisa! I've been collecting G1s since 1986 and was thrilled to finally meet the online Pony Community in the mid-to-late 90s. Back then, it was mostly forums and a few great sites (Kim's Dream Valley, anyone?). I never was super big into trading, but had a lot of great times discussing ponies, participating in roleplaying/character forums, and buying on early eBay. In 1997, I jumped into G2 heavily and have a near complete US collection (still looking for Sea Breeze... why oh why did I save those pony points!) I kept up until the early G3s and, while I have a fairly decent collection on G3s, I never really bonded with the newer Gens.
After moving to the Big Apple, most of my ponies went into storage (except a small group that I brought with me) where they lived for about 15 years. In 2022, I was finally able to break them out and have slowly started returning to the pony collecting world. I'm still living in the City, just now with a small collection of ponies taking up precious square footage
Totally worth it!
