My name is Jenny and I'm a mom of many little girls who are also huge MLP fans. I had a huge pony collection in the 80's which unfortunately my father donated when I moved out and went off to University :(

I always said I was going to eventually re-buy all of my fave ponies back (sort of a bucket list thing!) yet I haven't done so yet. I'm turning 40 in a few months and my best friend turned up this weekend with Moondancer, Heart Throb, and Sunlight for me!!!! The second I held those ponies it was pure love. I realized now was as good a time as any to start my collection. I've since found a good condition FF Butterscotch and a Gusty in rough shape. So that is my incredibly small collection!!!!! It may be silly buy my 'grail' ponies I believe they are called are Snuzzle and Cotton Candy in particular, but all of the original 6 really!!!

So I will be around learning and drooling over everyone's beautiful pony collections!!!!! I'm glad to have found so many other pony lovers!!!

Hullo and welcome! I can't think of a better place to chat about Ponies and relocate some new members for your herd. There's plenty of trading and buying/selling going on so there's always more Ponies to buy!

I don't think it odd at all to want to replace your precious childhood toys. And sharing them with your children will make all new ones just as special. Good luck in your hunt!

Thanks all for the warm welcome!!! I also forgot to mention I have been an avid collector of Tamagotchis for a few decades now!!! Not sure if there are any other Tama fans here!
