I thought this would be a cool idea for us to know a bit about each other. (I'm sorry SS if this is in the wrong spot :blush:) *made by CrazyCatLady*

I thought it would be nice if everyone posted a little info about themselves, so we could personalize our swap packages. For example, if you had, FizzyPop, as your swap person, you would know she likes Panda bears, and maybe use wrapping paper with little Chrismas pandas. So here's a few questions (along with my answers), just respond with your answers and any other info you think we should know. Please remember though, any extra items such as candy or other goodies are optional. Because of the economy and high shipping costs your swap person may be able to afford to send only ponies.

Favorite Colors? Blue, Silver and Green

Signature animal or pony? black panthers

Favorite candy or snack? Hershey Hugs, Heath Candy bars or anything new to try; not a big chocolate person though

What's your favorite thing to do? I love to read and write, make custom ponies and play games

Collect anything besides ponies? Anime figurines, Final Fantasy Figurines, Carolina Panthers memorblia and unicorn figs

Your winter holiday? I'm asking this because there's a lot of diversity on this board, and I think your present should be tailored to your particular belief or non-belief. You might not celebrate a traditional Christmas, maybe you do Hannukuh, Kwanzaa or Soltice. If so just say so, I can find pretty wrapping paper for just about anything, from the silver & blue Hannukuh paper(so pretty!) to the non-holiday specific paper that has cuddly animals sledding through the snow. I love the spirit of christmas so anything cartoony or fun; snowflakes etc ^_^ Im a big kid at heart

WildWrangler, I personally think it's a good idea. I also put down a bit about myself in the thread about the swap. But I think a separate thread might be good, too.

Favorite Colors? Blues, purple

Signature animal or pony? DragonSong, my persona, dragons

Favorite candy or snack? CHOCOLATE, especially dark chocolate or anything with a choco/orange, choco/mint, or choco/raspberry combo, dark choco M&Ms, starlight mints (the red and white ones, like on Minty's symbol)

What's your favorite thing to do? I love to read (especially sci-fi/fantasy books and historical romances), do plastic canvas crafts, go camping (in my trailer, of course), ride quads (I have a Suzuki Z400 ), spend time with my family.

Collect anything besides ponies? DRAGONS!, bears, angels

Your winter holiday? Christmas. I love Christmas. All the colors and beautifulness, snowflakes, trees, warm cider and hot cocoa, fuzzy socks, turning off all the lights except the tree, my kids' faces on Christmas morning, and the fact that as old as they are (11yo daughter, 6yo son) they still believe in Santa (heck, I do too!).

Your winter holiday? i love christmas, and everything about it :) mostly like a celebration of the winter, and spending time with my family. i LOVE christmas decorations and snow :coolsnow:

Favorite candy or snack? I love chips, pretzels, popcorn, pocky, almond joys, M&M (peanut almond or peanut butter), Reese, veggies (lol), decaf tea and rice

What's your favorite thing to do? I love to read manga. I like to do crossword puzzles. I like to customize ponies, I like to watch baseball and football. I like to take pictures. I'm not sure which of those would be my favorite. My absolute favorite thing to do is to fall asleep on the couch while watching TV with my kitties and Jim. lol

Collect anything besides ponies? I collect 80's toys, snoopy/peanuts things, NY Yankees, Cincinnati Bengals, Manga, TV Shows on DVD, pictures. :)

Your winter holiday? I celebrate Christmas. I love it...it's such a special time with the family. We hang out and watch all the christmas specials on Christmas eve (especially Christmas eve on Sesame Street and A Charlie Brown Christmas). We watch the santa tracker while putting our presents under the tree. The adults have champange at midnight (well, for those who are still awake). We leave a cupcake out to symbolize a birthday cake for Jesus, as well as cookies for santa. We have quiche in the morning and watch the parade.

*wow writing this makes me wish Christmas was next week! lol*

I also love penguins and other cartoon like animals

Favorite candy or snack? swedish berry's!! oh man I would kill for those and wine gums!!

What's your favorite thing to do? I read, I ride my horse, I collect ponies!! I also do a little photography but nothing too fancy because I ish poor (it is the ponies fault)

Collect anything besides ponies? books hehehe particularly horse books that are higher up such as veterinary journals

Signature animal or pony? I don't have a signature here, but if I did it would be the Original 6 - Blossom, BlueBelle, Butterscotch, Cotton Candy, Minty & Snuzzle

Favorite candy or snack? Chocolate - Chocolate - Chocolate. I don't like nuts though - the plainer the chocolate the better

What's your favorite thing to do? Sleep... really though, I love the theatre - musicals and ballets are my favorites.

Collect anything besides ponies? Vintage Fisher Price Little People Playsets

Signature animal or pony? Don't really have one. Years ago it was Spring Song because I did a really cool filter through photoshop. I still use it for LJ though.
Favorite candy or snack? I loves me so peanut butter and chocolate combos, chocolate raspberry, chocolate and caramel. Also I strangly like Necco's..

What's your favorite thing to do? I'm a craft junkie. I can knit, weave, embroider, sew, crochet, needlepoint, print, scrapbook, cross stitch, net, coil, bead.. I think that's all of them.

Collect anything besides ponies? Not anymore.

Your winter holiday? Christmas, I guess. Though I am not religious.
 
Oh this is such a nice idea.

Favorite Colors? Blue is my favorite color but I also like green and I like purple too.

Signature animal or pony? I like cats (big cats and regular cats) and my signature pony is Tinkerbeee who I am still trying to decide on a symbol for(she is modeled after Tinkerbell). I though a bee but the bee I found isn't quite right so maybe a different bee or paw prints or a Mickey Mouse head or something, I'll figure it out one day. lol.

Favorite candy or snack? I like milk duds, twix, lindt/lindor truffles either the white chocolate ones or they have orange and raspberry flavored ones.

What's your favorite thing to do? I am a TV junkie. I love playing with our dogs and cats, hanging out with Jerry, playing wth toys and just relaxing.

Collect anything besides ponies? I am a huge Disney fan, my favorite characters are Tinkerbell, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty and Villains. I also like Eeyore and the Little Mermaid. I also collect other 80's toys.

Your winter holiday? I love Christmas. I love the decorations and the lights. My boyfriend and I drive around and love looking at all the lights and decorated houses. I love Christmas cookies and baking them (yum cookie dough). I like snowflakes and the old Christmas animated shows like Rudolph and Year without a Santa Claus. Our tree is always decored with Disney ornaments. I love watching our kitties go crazy over their new toys and our dogs eating their treats. I just love Christmas!

Signature animal or pony? not sure what is meant by this - favorite animal is a 3-way tie of horses, cats, and toads (not frogs!) Signature pony - the one I identify with most is Gusty. :)

Favorite candy or snack? I love chocolate - plain M&M's, Dove dark chocolate, and truffles are up there - anything fairly plain, without nuts. mmm and marshmallow Peeps!

What's your favorite thing to do? I love being in musicals when I can - I'm in choir and dance classes now. There's nothing like watching Golden Girls with my cat on my lap. I don't know what my favorite thing is, there's too many!

What's your favorite thing to do? I'm an amateur customizer and artist, spending time with my animals, and PLAYING MY WII!!!

Collect anything besides ponies? Transformers, Pirates of The Carribean figures, Pokemon cards, Zelda games and stuff.

Favorite candy or snack? Chocolate! Dark and white mostly but anything that melts. Lollipops are good too. Hard candy too because soft nornally contains gelatin which I don't eat as I'm vegetarian, if I'm not sure I normally give it to my Dad :)

What's your favorite thing to do? I make beaded jewellery mostly whilst watching tele (I'm a cult sci-fi + detective TV nut), I write, I'm playing Phoenix Wright: trials and tribulations on the DS atm and I like detective-y DS games :)

Collect anything besides ponies? Not really, I pick up the long souvenir pencils when I find them on holiday but other than that ponies are my only obsession.

Your winter holiday? New Year party time! (I personally don't enjoy Christmas, since I'm not religious, although my family is.)

Signature animal or pony? I am an animal lover, furry animals do it for me. I am a dog lover. My persona is a birth unicorn. Birth month of January. :)

Favorite candy or snack? I am a chocolate lover and also love my salt snacks of chips and such.

What's your favorite thing to do? My top favorite thing is being with my baby girl, Mia. We are usually able to accomplish most of my favorite things together. :) I enjoy reading, walking, pony hunting, playing games, doing crafts, and my internet time.

Collect anything besides ponies? Anything we buy we seem to start to collect. I have a sand collection, Littlest Pet Shop, Pony/Jungle in My Pocket, Barbie/Kelly, Vintage CareBear Poseables,
Vintage Strawberry Shortcake, Bandai Modern Strawberry Shortcake, Vintage Avon Children's Glace Pins, Bella Sara Cards, things related to Butterflies, Disney Trader Pins, and Christmas Ornaments

Your winter holiday? We celebrate a Christmas. We have a mixture of reglious and and modern decorations. I have a thing for snow people, but our tree decorations also include santa, gingerbread people, cutesy stuff liek that. Christmas is my favorite time of year. I love giving to others and the joy of people with my family and close friends.

Favorite candy or snack? I'm a big Hershey fan, but it can only be the milk chocolate or white chocolate, I hate dark chocolate. I absolutely LOVE Reese's, especially the mini cups and the reese sticks.

What's your favorite thing to do? I like to do cross stitching, though I have so many projects that I started and never finished that it's rediculous. Umm... Watch movies and play my Game Cube.

Collect anything besides ponies? Anything with dolphins, wolves, white tigers, unicorns, and pegasi on it. I also collect keyrings. I have keyrings from so many places. Also for Christmastime, reindeer.

Your winter holiday? Christmas! I absolutely love Christmas, but I'm not religious. It's my favorite time of the year. I love the songs, snow, the decorations, but my most favorite thing is reindeer. I have a small collection of reindeer statues and a bunch of reindeer ornaments. Although the best part of Christmas is prolly my mom's ham with pineapples and cherries... nummies!!!!

Signature animal or pony? I like anything fuzzy and cute! Puppies, kitties, bunnies, ponies, etc. etc. I guess my persona too, plus I really like Masquerade, Sweet Pop, Springsong and Barnacle.

Favorite candy or snack? Oh goodness. I like chocolate, gummies and nerds. It's probably easier if I list what I don't like: black licorice and nuts in things.

What's your favorite thing to do? I like to play soccer, collect stuff, go antiquing, shop, draw, read, write, dance, look at design stuff, etc. etc.

Collect anything besides ponies? Atomizers, vintage Care Bears and random 80's stuff, gems/crystals, earrings, pins.

Your winter holiday? I love Christmas. :) It's the best time of year! I love anything to with Christmas! We have a very 'sentimental' Christmas tree, filled with ornaments that are special or have a story attached. I like snow baby ornaments and of course pony ones too!

Favorite candy or snack? Lindt's Lindor, Cadbury's dairy milk or pretty much anything cadbury's, I'm also a big fan of Galaxy as i'm something of a chocoholic lol. However i don't really like dark chocolate, chocolate with nuts in or Turkish delight

What's your favorite thing to do? I love to write and draw, watch anime, read manga and play video games like Final Fantasy and the such ^_~

Your winter holiday? CHRISTMAS!!!!!! I love it. Seriously, December is my fave month of the year just for christmas. I love everything about it, especially giving things to people. I'd really love to see a white christmas but odds of that happening are extremely low lol.

Favorite candy or snack? I love milk chocolate especially M&Ms and Maltesers. Candy, I love Gummy Bears, Starburst and Jelly Belly Jelly Beans

What's your favorite thing to do? I love all things soccer, we are big sports freaks in our house. I also like to read true crime as well as thrillers and horror.

Collect anything besides ponies? I collect Barbie clothes and accessories but I have over 2000 pieces in my collection, so now I concentrate on MLP. I love G1 poywear and my goal is to have every item of ponywear in my collection. I also like MLP merchandise that is usually not found very often, like the G1 books, puzzles and pamphlets.

Your winter holiday? I love Christmas but am not religious. I like the kid fantasy side of it such as Santa, snowmen, reindeers and stuff. We really go all out with the decorating in our house. Our whole house is always literally lit up like a Christmas Tree. I just love decorations at Christmas time.

Your winter holiday? I love Christmas!!!! I can't believe that it is going to be here soon. It is a great day to celebrate Jesus, Family and Love. I also love snowmen and Rudolph!!!
