Ones I know of ...

SoSoft North Star
NonSoSoft North Star
First Tooth Baby North Star
Sparkle Baby North Star
Argentina North Star
Brazil North Star
Mexican First Tooth Baby North Star
Baby Nightsong (Starlight Baby, alternate to Sparkle Baby North Star)

Is that all of them or are there more? Trying to sort out which ones I want to eventually get my hands on and which ones will be passing on. Not including the first four listed as I have them already.

What's the difference between the First tooth babies? *is intrigued*

It is, thebeth. More then I would have thought Hasbro would have done.

The only difference I know of between the First Tooth ones is the stamp on the bottom of their hoof telling where they were made. Otherwise they look the same to me from pictures I've seen of them, ariaelwen. Which seems a little odd that Hasbro did four of the same exact pony with no variations just made in a different place. Also makes me go "do I really need four First Tooth North Stars?", probably not.

Well, with the Mexican baby, the eyes, and plastic is different... and so is the texture of her hair, and shade of pink ;)

I think there are 2 Argie ones... one is brighter yellow than the other one.

I've never heard of a French Baby Northstar. I'm pretty sure France only made adult ponies (year 2 Earth, Unircorn, & Pegasus and the first set of Rainbow Ponies, plus a few random variants of those sets). Maybe there would be a MIB Baby Northstar in a French box, but the actual pony would be the same as the 'made in Hong Kong' ponies sold everywhere else.

Edit to add... Same goes for Italian. There were no baby ponies made in Italy.

Yup, no baby ponies were made in France or Italy at all, so there are no variations to North Star there :) I can't think of any other known North Stars, unless you count baby Night Song as a variation to Sparkle Baby North Star (which she kind of is :) )

Was wondering if the plastic and hair had a different feel to them for the Mexican FT Baby North Star. Kind of looked like it from pictures. Good to know. Thank you, Peppermint Truly. :)

Given the only ones I'd seen claiming they were French and Italian were always MIB did make me somewhat curious if they really were. Many thanks for that information, LadyGuinevere. *makes note*

Ah yes, Night Song. Forgot about her. Yes, she does count as a North Star, given she's the variation of Sparkle Baby North Star. Be a little odd not to count her.

I wanna see how an adult non soft North Star looks like!!! ^_^:cheshire:
