I just counted up my collection and my grand total (including doubles, excluding fakies) came to 74 ponies. that number actually surprised me!! I figured my collection to be more around 45 or 50. Sooooo I was wondering how many ponies everyone else had.
 
I'm not sure.. All of my g3 and g2 are in boxes...I think probably near 1000.
 
Last time I counted it was around... Maybe 350-360.
Edit: as of 10-25-12. I have 412.

I only collect G1's, but I've got 144 at the moment plus 6 I'm waiting on in the post! I'm a bit superstitious and won't add them to the total number until they physically arrive!
 
last i counted i had 86 not including, BB ponies or McD ponies, plus 2 in the mail.
 
I have a little over 50. Not including ponies for sale and those in my bait box. They would probably but my total to about 70 or 80.I have a friend who is already telling me I have too many ponies lol

my husband tells me that all the time, i tell him to be glad i dont have 1000 (yet) lol
 
Haha... Oh geez, compared to the people here... A meager 25, 34 if you count my 9 Petites, which I usually don't, plus one on the mail, and another one paid for. :p
Though truth be told,
1. I've only started collecting seriously since February,
2. I only choose specific ponies I want as opposed to, say, completing sets (with one or two exceptions), so even my fully realized collection likely won't surpass the 60~70 mark, and
3. that's a good thing, because I don't have that much room, anyway. :p

Between 150 and 200 G1's. Counting them makes me fall asleep, haha!

close to 1,000. :bonk:That includes G1, G3, G4, Blind bag and dolly mix ponies, international variants and dream beauties.
Some are leftover from childhood but 99.9% I got since 2001. I only get the ones I like

I have 190.... as of yesterday. I have a list, and it fits 26 per page, so I just have to count pages and then the stragglers on the last page for each gen. That's individual standard ponies, not including ponyville, petite, styling, etc... or plushies or doubles... triples, whatever... which have an entirely seperate list, LOL. I may be a tad obsessive.. :p

I'm also superstitious of counting them until they arrive, and ponies don't go on the list until they've been inspected and cleaned and I have decided to keep them. I know... obsessive. But hey, a girl's gotta be obsessive about something, why shouldn't it be ponies?!
 
Something like 35-40 when not counting blind bags and McD's ponies. I think it's pretty impressive, seeing as I've only been collecting since April!
