G1 I found my first pony in the wild! Who have you found?

After 15+ years of collecting G1s as an adult, I just found my first pony in the wild: Teeny Tiny Little Whiskers. My husband took me to this huge flea market. After wandering around for a couple hours I didn't think we were going to find anything but I stopped at one of the booths and saw her hidden near a fakie and among other toys from the 80s. The booth also had a couple G3s but they weren't in very good shape so I passed on those. I was able to grab Little Whiskers up for $1.

Anyone else have luck?

Wow! Big congrats!

The last legit pony I found in the wild was Pretty Parasol and a bunch of McDs G3s.
 
The last ponies that are G4 I found in the wild were buttonbelle and Trixie lunamoon from the cutie mark magic line. And the last ponies that were G1 in the wild was Sea shimmer mermaid pony and a upgrade of Starswirl.

I love baity ponies so it was a match made in pony heaven! I don't have any more recent photos, but this is after their first cleaning.

A while after that they were taken with me back down to California as play ponies for me and my boyfriend's little sister to play with. They got cleaned again when they came back and deep cleaned last month with lots of Magic Eraser. They get prettier every time!​
 
Haha I found Teenie Tiny Whiskers too and: the winger Buzzer is it, Baby from Apple Delight family, Taf Buttons, Apple Jack, Sherbet, Bowtie, The baby pink and pearly sea pony?, Also a large Sea pony...I can't remember my pony names today. I know I have found a few others but those come to mind.

I don't know why but when I read "in the wild" I took that literally and was thinking that it was amazing that you found a pony when you were like, out in the woods or something... It's been a long day!

I haven't been to any flea markets lately but Ive been trying to do the thrift store rounds, a few months ago I found TE Gingerbread, and she only had 3 cancer spots! LOL I was still pretty excited :)
 
This is my only G1 found 'in the wild' lol. Starshine's not in too good shape by most's standards, she's got dust, grime and paint on her but I honestly love well loved ponies so long as their bodies are in good shape. My entire collection of G3s come from in the wild too (there's only 30 or so of them xD).

Well, done to all you who have found more!

I loved collecting Gen 1 as a kid, and most of them came from the local antique stores. I got at least 12 that way, and I got a few more from a brony at an anime convention last year. I also saw several of the Friends at a local antique store about 10 years ago, those got snatched up after a few months. And my sister got a G2 in box around the same time...and promptly opened it and has by now lost most of the accessories.

I found a g3 midnight dream. Not much in my area. I'll try to get a picture up soon.
 
Oddly I have been having more luck finding G1s in thrift stores in the last year than I ever have before in almost 20 years of collecting. I don't know why they're all showing up now. I just got about 8 G1s the other night (mostly early ones) and several might be upgrades for me once I get them cleaned up.

The only G1s I ever found in the wild, aside from retro mini Glory, was a really messed up, filthy Cotton Candy at the Swapmeet.

Other then that, a few g3s now and then.
