I have three flutter ponies in my collection. All were found at flea markets/thrift stores, and each was missing her wings. I was inspired by pictures of creative custom wings I found online, and I decided to try my hand at making my own using plastic, paint and glitter. I'm happy with how they turned out! It's so nice to finally see them with wings.

So here are Yum Yum, Morning Glory, and Rosedust...

Oooo those turned out great! I love how super clean the veins are. Nice job!

Those are lovely! Aside from the replicas that look like the originals, I'd say yours are my favorite "not original" style. They're beautiful and very well done!

Lovely wings!! And I agree with Gingerbread, I have never seen so pretty wings^^

These are incredible, I love the amount of detail. Great work!

Excellent! Your flutters look so nice!

These are amazing! great job!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
(question......are you considering making more to sell? I would be interested!);)

Thanks for the kind responses everyone! :flutter2:

No, I'm not planning to make any to sell. There are some imperfections with them (like getting them to stay in the tab slots is kinda shaky - right now I wrapped some really thin strips of clear tape around them to make the base a little thicker, so they'll stay wedged in there), plus I can't vouch for the longevity of paint on plastic. But there are some gorgeous replacements that others sell on Etsy!

Those are really, incredibly well done! You must have the steady hands of a surgeon!

:ponylove:They look so elegant, if I ever get a wingless flutter, I know who I'll be coming to for wings:flutter2:

These are beautiful!
I love how you made each pair unique!
