Is a MOC/MIB etc always worth keeping intact?

I have a general question about ponys not taken out of their package.

As Im about to sell of my whole collection, I have some MIB/MOC etc where the package, though intact is not very minty. Is it sometimes better to take out a new/minty pony out of a torn/worn package?

Is moc always a "moc" so to say.

If you're selling, I'd suggest keeping everything MOC/MIB to let the new owner decide to decard or not. It varies from one pony to the next, but typically a pony in a package (even a flawed package) is worth more than a loose pony in mint condition. :smilepony:

Also if the pony is not technically "mint in a mint package", you could always say NRFB/NRFC ...never removed from box/card.

If you're going to sell them yes- keep them MOC. You would be surprised at the amount of flaws could be hidden on a MOC/MIB pony where you can't see while it's in the package. :surprisepony:

Sometimes a perfect decarded pony is worth slightly more then inside an awful condition package, but if you open it and it's flawed, then it's worth much less.
